Terms of use

This Agreement sets terms and conditions of using information, textual, graphic, audio, video-object, trademarks and other objects of intellectual property presented on www.itsiberia.com website (hereinafter referred to as Web Site materials). Informational Systems of Services Art ltd. is the owner of www.itsiberia.com website (hereinafter referred to as Web Site owner). Using www.itsiberia.ru website (hereinafter referred to as Web Site) means that the user of Web Site accepts all and obliges himself (herself) to follow terms of this agreement stated below:

All the materials of Web Site are protected by laws in force of Russian Federation. Users of Web Site have the right to use Web Site only for purposes not violating laws in force of Russian Federation, any other jurisdictions and norms of international laws.
Unless otherwise is stated by laws in force of Russian Federation, copying, distributing, handing over to third parties, publishing or any other usage of Web Site materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent of Web Site owner is prohibited. This Agreement can be wholly or partially altered by Web Site owner at any time without any specific prior notification. New edition of this Agreement is effective on the moment of its placing on Web Site.
